TELEFIRE EPI-3000

The TELEFIRE EPI-3000 is an electromagnetic and surge protection interface module designed to provide protection against strong electromagnetic interference in industrial environments. The module isolates SLC loops and 24V DC outputs from electromagnetic interference. One EPI-3000 module can protect all four loops and both 24V DC outputs (24VA and 24VB) of a single ADR-3000 control panel.

Installation of the EPI-3000 is recommended in locations where the system is adjacent to high power cables, heavy industrial machinery, or any kind of high electromagnetic fields. In such cases, shielded cables should be used in the SLC loops, and an EPI-3000 module should be connected to each ADR-3000 control panel. The module connects to chassis ground to protect the ADR-3000.
