The ADR-742 module facilitates the monitoring and activation of speakers for public announcements through a matrix applied in the addressable fire detection control panel, allowing for versatile activation scenarios.

The ADR-742 is designed for efficient monitoring and activation of speakers, enabling general activation (all call) or individual/group activation through a matrix applied in the addressable fire detection control panel. All connected devices, including speakers or other devices based on the application, are continuously monitored on standby for normal activation. Powered by the device communications line (SLC), the ADR-742 eliminates the need for a separate 24Vdc power supply. Occupying a single address, it offers seamless integration with the control panel, utilizing non-volatile memory for easy address programming. The module is supervised by the control panel and communicates via the SLC, providing reliable performance.
