TELEFIRE TSM-E16

The TELEFIRE TSM-E16 is a 16 switch input expansion module used in conjunction with the TLD-08 base module. This expansion card supplements the TLD-08 base module’s 8 outputs with 16 supervised switch inputs, providing a total of 8 outputs and 16 inputs. The TSM-E16 uses the same addresses as the base module, and the inputs can be configured in different operating modes.

The module is compatible with TELEFIRE addressable fire alarm control panels (ADR-7000, SAVER-7000, Guard-7) and is used for connecting switches, push buttons, and other input devices for supervision and alarm purposes. The TSM-E16 features galvanically isolated SLC communication from the 24V power supply.

Configuration Options:
The TSM-E16 can be configured in three different operating modes using jumpers or DIP switches:

1. No short supervision: Short considered as activation, line length max. 10m or same room
2. Full line supervision: 20kΩ EOL and 3.9kΩ resistor for activation, line length max. 100m
3. No short supervision: 20kΩ EOL, short considered as activation
