TELEFIRE TLD-24

Product Description

The Telefire TLD-24 is a modular addressable Input/Output (I/O) unit designed primarily for driving custom synoptic panels, Firefighter Smoke Control Stations (FSCS), and other display/control interfaces. The “TLD-24” designation typically refers to a configuration consisting of a TLD-08 base module combined with a TLD-E16 (or TSM-E16) expansion module, providing a total of 24 channels.

This solution allows for the visualization of fire alarm system statuses (e.g., zones, fan operation) via LEDs and the integration of manual control switches (e.g., for smoke extraction activation) into the system.

Key Features:

  • Modular Design: Typically comprises a TLD-08 base module (8 channels) and an attached expansion module (e.g., TLD-E16, +16 channels), offering 24 programmable points in total.
  • Outputs: 24 Open Collector outputs for directly driving LEDs (max. 100mA/output).
  • Inputs: Channels can be configured as inputs to accept signals from push-buttons or switches.
  • Addressability: Communicates with Telefire ADR-3000 and ADR-7000 series intelligent control panels as an addressable device.
  • Applications:
    • Feedback and manual control for Smoke Control Panels (Fans & Dampers).
    • Synoptic map displays.
    • LED indicators for custom panels.
