TELEFIRE EVS-6400 

The TELEFIRE EVS-6400 is an advanced, microprocessor-controlled central unit for an Emergency Voice and Evacuation System (VES). Its primary purpose is to assist in the rapid and orderly evacuation of building occupants during a fire or other emergency by delivering clear and intelligible voice messages and warning signals. The system fully complies with Israeli Standard SI 1220 Part 3 and NFPA guidelines. The EVS-6400 features a built-in 240W Class-D amplifier and is capable of managing six independent 100V speaker zones. Emergency and other messages are stored on a microSD card.

The EVS-6400 control panel is designed for seamless integration with TELEFIRE fire alarm systems, enabling automatic activation of emergency messages. It also allows for manual control via a PTT (Push-To-Talk) microphone input and is suitable for background music playback through its dedicated RCA input. The front panel LCD display and control buttons facilitate easy system status monitoring and configuration. POWER, ERROR, and EMERGENCY LEDs provide immediate visual feedback on the system’s current operational status.
